Over the past two years, the firm has participated in the “Light It Up Blue” campaign. We hope that, through the continuing increase in awareness about autism and autism-related conditions that has taken place in recent years, our society can continue to come to understand, accept and treat with care and dignity those of us who are identified as being on the autism spectrum. Persons with autism and autism-related conditions confront varying degrees of challenges with social skills, communication and language. Those persons, like all of us, also have talents, gifts and capabilities. Our hope is that increased awareness of and sensitivity to both those challenges and gifts will help our society find ways to bring opportunities to persons with autism and autism-related conditions to better manage or overcome their challenges and, as much as possible, contribute their talents and gifts to our world.
