We represent employers in state court, federal court and equal employment agency litigation involving state, federal and administrative claims of discrimination and harassment based on race, sex, age, disability, national origin and sexual orientation as well as claims of unlawful retaliation. We also represent employers in litigation involving whistleblowing, violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act and ERISA violations. Our representation of clients in employment litigation includes both federal and state court appeals. In addition to representing employers in employment litigation, we regularly provide proactive counseling to employers on a variety of day-to-day issues relating to compliance with state, federal and local employment laws, codes and regulations.
